Google Children's Hospital Los Angeles MuteSix worked with the hospital to help set up Google Analytics to better track their fundraising goals. The Goal CHLA needed help setting up Google Analytics to better track their fundraising goals. They also had different landing pages on different URLs that needed to be incorporated into their Google Analytics account. Lastly, they needed a clean and easy dashboard for improved internal reporting. The Strategy We started out by setting up a dashboard to properly track CHLA’s donor funnel. Next, we identified which pages converted higher and implemented best practices across other pages. We worked to understand which platforms and user flows brought in donations and made onsite changes to improve the number and quality of donations. We also cleaned up their Google Analytics dashboard to accurately reflect data. The Results We successfully implemented proper tracking through Google Analytics. We also identified the best referral partners, increased the quantity of donations, increased the quality of donors, and created a clean and easy dashboard for improved internal reporting.
