Google Tala MuteSix worked with the financial services and credit scoring app to improve actionable data tracking. The Goal Tala tasked MuteSix with improving their data tracking with Google Analytics. The Strategy The team set up a dashboard to properly track Tala’s borrower funnel across multiple platforms (app and web). We identified the best referral sources, worked to understand the most valuable actions a user could take and cleaned up their Google Analytics dashboard to accurately reflect data. The Results We successfully implemented proper cross platform tracking through Google Analytics, identified best referral partners and improved actionable data tracking.
