MuteSix worked with the pet retailer to increase CTR and ROI, and decrease CPC.

The Goal

Petco wanted to expand their digital presence and engagement on social, lower their cost per view, and build a larger pool for retargeting and driving digital purchases of their WholeHearted line.

The Strategy

After analysis of creative performance and key personas, we decided to focus on the emotional connection between pets and their parents, as well as the quality of the overall ingredients.

The Results

The campaign resulted in +49% above average CTR and -93% decrease in CPC as well as an increase in ROAS of 400%. The campaign showed in quarterly reporting that it drove an increase in brick and mortar sales.
