MuteSix worked with the electric bike company to take their email program to the next level.

The Goal

SONDORS hired MuteSix in March of 2017 to build specific flows and redesign templates to take their email program to the next level. SONDORS had already been a Klaviyo client since Sept 2016 and wanted to take advantage of MuteSix’s email expertise in building out campaigns in preparation for new product launches, as well as optimizing email templates for better engagement.

The Strategy

The team built out SONDORS’ email Welcome Series for new leads and first-time customers. We re-skinned and optimized their one-off promotional campaign templates and added pixels and other tracking to their website. We also created a triggered Abandoned Cart series to get customers to complete their purchase and built out a VIP list flow for subscribers coming in through Facebook Lead ads in Klayvio. Finally, we tested a range of copy, creative and coupons to drive sales and increase LTV.

The Results

SONDORS goal was to collect 10k new VIP users through Facebook Lead Ads in preparation for the launch of SONDORS X, SONDORS Fold, and SONDORS Stainless. SONDORS exceeded their goal and had their biggest revenue month of all time.
