CCS was looking to increase both new customer sales and purchases from existing customers.

The Strategy

We supported new user prospecting with acquisition ads on Facebook and Instagram. We completely re-built the remarketing funnel by building out a full product catalog to use in conjunction with Dynamic Product Ads. We also generated product-focused creative around lifestyle and cool tricks, while A/B testing differing offerings, sales and images, which led to increased ad engagement.
